Question: Do you have a warranty or guarantee?
Answer:
Yes, all of our work has a one-year warranty, and warranty service will be provided in a timely fashion.
Question: Do you have insurance?
Answer:
Yes, A.Trust Renovations licensed with the City of Calgary and has liability Insurance, WCB coverage and GST number.
You will always receive a detailed quote/invoice with any job.
Question: How do your services work?
Answer:
We always start with a free, no-obligation estimate. Viewing what work you would like completed is essential to understanding the project, your goals, and to see what work really needs to be done in order to accomplish your vision. This assists us in providing you a detailed quote that we honour with no surprises to you, the homeowner.
Once you approve the quote, we create a plan, timeline and milestones for completion.
Question: Do you have references or reviews?

Question: Do I require permits for my renovation?
Answer:
Some renovations absolutely require permits. If your particular renovation requires a permit, we will let you know what permits need to be acquired. Homeowners are responsible for the acquisition and payment of City permits.
Question: If something unexpected comes up during a renovation or remodeling project, how do you handle it?
Answer:
While we do thorough estimates to try and avoid surprises, sometimes unexpected issues or challenges arise as work commences. Communication is key, and we would never surprise our clients with unexpected costs. We will discuss any issues we encounter, and work on a plan of action that’s satisfactory to you and your project. On larger home renovation projects, we always recommend our clients factoring in 20% of their budget for unexpected surprises.
Question: What are your payment terms?
Answer:
At this time we only accept Cheques, E-Transfers and Cash. Payment is due upon completion and sign off project deliverable.
