A.Trust Renovations hereby warrants that all labour and materials furnished and work performed are in accordance with the contract documents and authorized modifications thereto, and will be free from defects due to defective workmanship for a period of one year from Date of Final Completion.
Equipment and materials furnished by others, but installed by A. Trust Renovations, are not covered by this warranty, except for the installation work performed by A.Trust Renovations.
Ordinary wear is not covered by this warranty. The owner's abuse, neglect or failure to perform recommended maintenance procedures as stated in any and all owners manuals will void this warranty.
Should any problems occur during the specified warranty period, due to faulty workmanship, A.Trust Renovations will correct the problems, without charge, to the satisfaction of the owner.
